RE-IDEA Co.,Ltd. is a licensed secondhand dealer in Tokyo. We buy used Kubota, Yanmar, Iseki, Mitsubishi and Shibaura compact tractors — 13–45 HP — at Japanese auctions and dealer yards, to the specification you give us, and export them FOB Japan. We do not hold stock; every machine is secured for a named buyer.
The machines we quote are on the Japanese market at that moment, not in our yard. A sale is concluded only once we have actually secured the unit for you.
Any deposit paid for a unit we fail to secure is refunded in full. You may also take an equivalent unit instead — your choice.
We sell to dealers, importers and agricultural contractors. We do not sell to private individuals, and we ask for your business or VAT registration before quoting.
The machines
Kubota, Yanmar, Iseki, Mitsubishi, Shibaura and Hinomoto. Mostly 4WD, mostly open-station, many with a rotary tiller — the class of machine Japanese farms retire after light use.
Illustrative photographs of the model classes we source (Creative Commons, credits in the footer). For every unit we actually secure for you, we send our own photographs of that machine — front, side, cockpit and hour meter.
How it works
You tell us what sells. We find it, show it to you, and ship it — in that order.
Models, horsepower band, 2WD/4WD, cabin or open, and how many units you want per shipment.
We search auctions and dealer yards across Japan and send you the facts of each machine: model, hours, drive, condition notes and an FOB price in your currency.
Confirm the units you want with a 50% deposit. We then buy them. If we cannot secure a unit at the quoted price, the deposit for it is returned in full.
Once secured, we send photographs and hour-meter readings of the actual machine, steam-clean it soil-free, and load it FOB from a Japanese port. Balance due before handover.
Photographs we send are taken by us or supplied with the seller's permission. We do not republish auction listings or other sellers' pictures.
What we do
We are not a re-seller of someone else's stock. We buy at the source in Japan, to your specification, under a Japanese secondhand-dealer licence.
Auctions, farmers and dealer yards across Japan — one unit at a time, matched to what you sell, with the purchase recorded in our dealer ledger as Japanese law requires.
Before you commit: model, year where known, hours, drive, cabin, implements and price. After we secure the unit: our own photographs and hour-meter readings.
Steam-cleaned soil-free for phytosanitary clearance, with the commercial invoice, packing list and shipping documents prepared. Open-station units avoid EU refrigerant restrictions; we flag any air-conditioned cabin before you reserve.
From a few units in a shared 20 ft to a full 40 ft load. You do not need to fill a container alone; smaller orders are consolidated.
50% on a confirmed reservation, the balance just before handover. Deposits on units we cannot secure are refunded in full.

A registered, licensed Japanese company
Cross-border trade runs on trust. RE-IDEA Co.,Ltd. is a registered company in Tokyo and holds a secondhand-dealer licence (古物商許可) from the Tokyo Metropolitan Public Safety Commission, which is required in Japan to buy used machinery for resale.
